The European Leasing, Automotive Rental & Consumer Credit Annual Conventions are an event held jointly by Leaseurope & Eurofinas every year that brings together members and other industry leaders from across Europe for two days of inspiring industry sessions, networking opportunities, and social events. 

The location for the 2025 Annual Conventions is yet to be confirmed.

The convention is open to all members of Leaseurope and Eurofinas, as well as other industry professionals who are interested in attending.  

The registration fee varies depending on whether you are a member, non-member, associate member, speaker or sponsor.  

If you are a member, associate member, speaker or sponsor please contact us to get your discount code.  

Non-members do not benefit from the discounted registration fee. 

The registration fee covers admission to all the convention sessions, refreshment breaks, networking events, gala dinner and farewell drink during the convention.  

Registration for the convention will be available directly on our website. Once open, you will find the registration button located in the header, on the right-hand side.

Refund policies may vary depending on the circumstances. Please refer to the registration information on our website or contact us directly for more information. 

Yes, there are opportunities for various types of sponsorships. Please contact  Simanis Ezerins for more information regarding our sponsorships.  

We typically do not organise pre-convention nor post-convention events. However, members tend to organise small events around the convention.

Yes, we usually arrange a limited block booking at the convention hotel. You will be able to book a room directly with the hotel at preferential rate through the accommodation page on this website.
