To qualify for the Full / Associate Member ticket, you must fulfill ONE of the following criteria:

Leaseurope

You are a Leaseurope Member association

OR you are a Leaseurope Associate member

OR you are part of a leasing or automotive rental company located in countries of which the national leasing association is a member of Leaseurope.

Eurofinas

You are a Eurofinas Member association

OR you are a Eurofinas Associate member

OR you are part of a consumer credit company located in countries of which the national consumer credit association is a member of Eurofinas

Registration is complete upon receipt of the payment before the start of the event.

During the registration procedure we request to choose the main Convention you wish to attend; the European Leasing & Automotive Rental Industry Annual Convention organised by Leaseurope or the European Consumer Credit Industry Annual Convention organised by Eurofinas. However, your registration gives you the right to pick and choose any session from both Conventions.

Frequently asked questions

What does “Standard ticket (single)” cover?

The standard ticket gives the holder the right to attend at all sessions, the delegate pack, access to the networking app during the event, online access to available presentations after the Convention, the cocktail and dinner reception on Thursday 15 October, the lunch and farewell drink on Friday 16 October as well as refreshment breaks on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October. The ticket does NOT cover accommodation or transport.

What does “Standard ticket (incl. Spouse/Partner)” cover?

On top of the advantages of the “Standard ticket (single)”, “Standard ticket (incl. Spouse/Partner)” allows 1 person accompanying the standard ticket holder to participate in selected social activities organised during the Convention: the cocktail & dinner reception on Thursday 15 October and farewell drink on Friday 16 October. The accompanying spouse/partner will not have access to other activities of the Conventions and will not be added to the delegate list.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Ticket transmissions can be made at any time at no extra costs subject to prior written notification and confirmation by the hosting organisations.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Written cancellations received prior to 15 September 2026, 10% of the registration fee(s) will be due. For cancellations received after 14 September 2026 the full registration fee is due/ or will not be eligible for a refund. Ticket transmissions can be made at any time at no extra costs subject to prior written notification and confirmation by the hosting organisations.

How can I pay?

Payment is done via bank transfer after receiving the pro forma invoice by email. Upon receipt of payment the organiser will issue a final invoice for your accounting department. A ticket with QR code will be sent to the participating delegate at the same time.

What do I need to enter the event?

Upon arrival at the registration desk (on Wednesday afternoon at Lobby level and on Thursday as of 8:30 at Conventions Level) please bring the QR code that was sent to you together with the final invoice.
