The Future Group Programme brings together a select group of emerging talents from across the Leasing and Automotive industries, with an expanded focus for 2026 of Consumer Credit in collaboration with Eurofinas.
Designed as a platform for fresh thinking, the programme enables participants to step beyond their day-to-day roles and collaborate across companies, markets, and disciplines.
Throughout the year, they work together—supported by industry experts and professional facilitators—to explore key challenges and develop forward-looking, practical solutions for the sector.
Their journey culminates at the Annual Conventions in Sofia (15–16 October), where they present their ideas to an audience of senior industry leaders, decision-makers, and peers. This session has become a highlight of the Conventions, offering valuable insights and a unique perspective on the future of the industry.
More than just a talent initiative, the Future Group Programme is an investment in innovation and leadership, helping to shape the next generation of industry thinkers while bringing new ideas to the forefront.
