Kirsten van Toorenburg / Head of Research, Statistics & Training, ASSOFIN

Kirsten van Toorenburg covers the position of Head of research, statistics and training in Assofin, the Italian association of consumer credit and mortgage lending. She joined the Association in 1992 directly after its inception. Here she is responsible for different publications and studies regarding the development of household lending, carried outwith partners such as Crif, Prometeia, Ipsos, GfK. In parallel and for over twenty years, Kirsten has also been an active member of the Statistical Committee of Eurofinas. Moreover, she is in charge of the e-Learning activities developed and offered by Assofin which focus on compulsory professional training of credit intermediaries and insurance distributors. Before her experience in Assofin she worked for the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands (CCIO) and for ABN Bank. She graduated in European studies at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.

Charlotte Dennery / CEO BNP Paribas Personal Finance

Since May 2021, Charlotte Dennery has been the Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, which is a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group specializing in consumer credit. 
Charlotte also held the position of CEO the BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, a subsidiary specializing in leasing and rental financial solutions. Before that, she worked as Chief Operating Officer at BNP Paribas Investment Partners, in charge of Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement and Legal divisions. 
Previously, she was head of Fundquest, the multi-management arm of BNPParibas and CFO and Head of Strategy at BNP Paribas Insurance – Cardif. 
Charlotte is alumni of the “Ecole Polytechnique” and of the “Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques” (Paris Graduate School of Economics, Statistics and Finance). 

Peter Hupfeld / CEO, Nordea Finance

Peter Hupfeld is the CEO of Nordea Finance, the largest finance company in the Nordic countries. Before joining Nordea, Peter held the position as Commercial Director at the global insurance group RSA Scandinavia (Royal Sun Alliance), with responsibility for Danish corporate insurance business, covering both the volume SME market and global clients. 
Earlier in his career, Peter had several significant cross-Nordic leadership positions within RSA, and worked at a management consultant agency with focus on corporate strategy and process optimisation. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and an Executive MBA. Peter is also a member of the Leaseurope Board of Directors. 

Flavio Salvischiani / Vice-President, Agos

Flavio Salvichiani is currently Deputy CEO of Agos Ducato, a joint venture between Credit Agricole Consumer Finance and Banco BPM, with responsibility on Strategy, Marketing and Sales. 
Flavio has 25 years of experience in Financial Services, both as strategic consultant and as executive, with a main focus on consumer finance and insurance. 
He possesses deep knowledge of the Italian market, but he also has working experience and continuous exchange on other European markets.
