Registration Confirmation and Payment Method
Upon receipt of your registration order, we will send you a confirmation letter together with payment instructions and other practical information. Please allow four (4) weeks for this process. If you have not received any communications after this period, please contact Julie Debruyne by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +32 2 778 05 60, immediately.
For written cancellations received prior to 15 September 2017, 80% of the registration fee(s) will be refunded. Cancellations received after 14 September 2017 will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutions can be made at any time at no extra costs subject to prior written notification.
The registration fee does not include accommodation. Information on the recommended hotels and on how to book your room is available in the Accommodation Section.
Closer to the event, you will also receive an email with practical information on the convention and the programme, including meeting points and activities.
The information which you are requested to provide is necessary to enable us to process your registration and is intended for Eurofinas and Leaseurope services. You may access this information and request that it be rectified if necessary. We would also like to use this data to keep you informed of other events organised by Eurofinas and Leaseurope. If you do not want us to do so, please write to us at Eurofinas/Leaseurope, Boulevard Louis Schmidt, 87, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. Payment information will only be used to process registration fees.
Leaseurope & Eurofinas are not liable for non-delivery of services for reasons beyond their control.
